THE LONGEST RUNNING DEMOCRATIC ORGANIZATION IN DUVAL COUNTY
The club provides programs to inform voters about local, state and national issues and Democratic Party candidates seeking office. We also work to encourage voter registration and voter turnout for elections. Recent meetings have featured a state senator, local mayors, city council members, the St. Johns Riverkeeper, university professors, and officers of national organizations.
Our members are active in many regional and national activities and events, representing the club at marches, in hearings, and on committees to further democratic concerns. The Beaches Democratic Club is certified by the Duval County Democratic Executive Committee and the Florida Democratic Party.
